At Okey Gift Shop, we take pride in our handmade candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your candles, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The candle must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized candles.
• Sale items or candles purchased with a discount.

Return Process:

• Contact Us: Email us at theokeygifts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
• Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately at theokeygifts@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theokeygifts@gmail.com.
