• To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The candle must also be in the original packaging.

• Custom or personalized candles.
• Sale items or candles purchased with a discount.

• Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
• Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
